Coming from all Nashville parishes, the Ladies help over 10,000 people a year. Their Thrift Shop is open twice a year, their Welfare Office distributes 750 baskets for the needy at Christmas, and scholarships are awarded to students attending Catholic high schools. Meetings are quarterly.

Volunteering at the prison or jail is one option, but there are other opportunities, such as praying the rosary, sending birthday cards, donating religious books and cards. Finally before and during advent monetary donations to purchase Christmas packages for the incarcerated.
Pro Life Ministry

Participate in Pro-Life activities and support Pro-Life organizations such as Grace Pregnancy Resource Center, Caring Choices of Catholic Charities, and Tennessee Right to Life.

Hosts 10-15 homeless men (or more depending on weather conditions) beginning the first Friday in November and ending the first Friday in March. A hot dinner and breakfast are served and a sack lunch is provided for each guest. Shower facilities are available and the guests sleep in the gym. Volunteers are needed as Meal Coordinators, Cooks, and Innkeepers. You can sign-up online here.
Safe Haven Family Shelter

Providing temporary housing for families, it is the only shelter that accepts families with teen boys. Different groups prepare dinner each night. Holy Rosary provides the mean on the 4th Tuesday of the 4th month (January, April, July and October). Volunteer cooks also set up and a work on the serving line as needed.

Part of an ecumenical effort of several Donelson churches, volunteers distribute boxes of groceries to those in need. Donations of food are always welcome.
