The Homebound Ministry is focused on ensuring that parishioners who are not able to join us for liturgy continue to feel the support of the parish family. This caring support is carried out primarily through bringing the Eucharist to these individuals. Each visit brings not only the presence of Christ but the loving touch of the entire parish family. It also reassures the homebound that they continue to be an important part of our faith community.
We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in this ministry. Is God calling you to bring Christ in the Eucharist to those unable to join us for Sunday Mass? Homebound Ministers receive initial training and ongoing support as they perform this important and rewarding service to others.
Although the typical homebound members are senior parishioners, our homebound visits also include those with physical challenges, who are ill, or persons in rehabilitation. The Homebound Ministers go in person to visit, and also make a phone call for Prayers & Spiritual Communion. The Homebound Ministry is committed to serving our extended community.
To join the ministry or request a visit by a homebound minister, contact the church office or Jim Wilkins at (615) 419-8021.

God created each of us to have a deep and personal relationship with Himself. His desire is to speak to the depths of our hearts if only we would take the time to listen.

Join us as we consecrate ourselves to Jesus through Mary using the book 33 Days to Morning Glory. We will begin the week of August 10th after the Tuesday evening Mass, and consecrate ourselves on the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary on September 12th.
The video program is available and the participant workbooks can all be printed from the FORMED website but you will need to purchase the book which is about $15.
It is recommended that even if you have consecrated yourself to Mary once, you complete the process again. There is always something new to learn, and the support received in the group helps maintain your focus and helps your growth.
Please register by August 3rd by calling the Church office or by emailing Jan at janstermin@gmail.com with any questions.
All families are invited to join us on Saturday, July 10 at 9:30 am at the HRA playground in the back parking lot for a Family Meet Up. Come get to know other families in our parish. Snacks and drinks will be provided so please RSVP to lisalink14@gmail.com with the number of adults and children attending.
